Heart beating faster while breathing
Don't know if it's a minor or major one.If i try to take a deep or normal breathing, then my chest flutters or pounding above normal rate, then it become again and this series happens at most of times. Its obvious that we peoples would develop a anxiety disorder in this current pathetic situation. But,apart from this I'm feeling like my body is shaking or vibrating internally more or less like a motor engine inside.Even, I face this kind of difficulty while studying or working. Please evaluate this issue as soon as possibleand suggest some medications and tips. PS:-My muscle mass even become so loosened from past few weeks.I find it so soft as never before.I doubt if it's a vitamin deficiency or something else!.

Hello, These symptoms seem anxiety related. You start meditation and exercise regularly. For now take ciplar LA 20 in the morning and clonazepam 0.5 mg twice a day for 1 week and report. If possible get your ECG and echo done. Take care. Stay safe
