Heart is beating fast

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Heart beat is beating fast with no reason and I have taken ECG,ECHO and TMT as sujjected by doctor ,ITS Normal,still I don't why its beating fast I have no tensions can you suggest what needed to be done I have little bit worried what is happening can please advise it will be great. Thanks Naveen

Since ECG, ECHO,EMT normal other possible causes for tachycardia should be evaluated... Other possible causes are Hyperthyroidism, anaemia,smoking, substance abuse, side effects of certain medications etc...I would suggest you to consult nearest physician for clinical examination and laboratory investigations they will do the needful... With above fallow relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation,avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea...have good sleep and develop healthy food habits..good luck.
