Blood in cough , vomiting, fever , pain , giddiness , not sleep well . Plz suggest what should we do.?

Had panic with Covid issues and discomfort 3 weeks back and checked with Dr. Identified 160/110 mm Hg. Prescribed Amlogard-5mg and seklon 25 mg. After 14 days checked 150/100 mmHg , prescribed Amlogard-10mg and seklon 25mg to review after 2 months. Now my BP many times goes 115/71 mmHg , maximum observed was 135/87 mmHg. What to do with medication, should I continue medicine .....I do 5km jogging daily . Worried if BP goes down further by continuing medicine.

What does troponin level of 0.0527 mean in a heart patient? He had undergone MVR surgery one year back. Yesterday he got severe abdominal pain and his initial BP shoot to 190/100. It got stabilised now.

From some days my left chest pain and left arm pain but that time my ecg is normal then need to worried?

My mother age 64 ,Her ECHO is normal 65%  now CT ANGIOGRAPHY IS REQUIRED OR NOT,she is feeling pain in legs I have attached CT SCAN REPORT OF HRCT

I am 25 years old, 60 kg, 5ft 10 inch male. Sometime when i lay on bed (specially stomach on bed side), i feel little uncomfortable or compression on chest but those uncomfortabality vanished when i start walking. My avg. bp in home (measured through omron digital bp monitor) 105-115/ 70-80 and avg heart rate 85-95. but when i check my bp in hospital or during job medical examination it goes upto 150-160. Is there any problem with my heart? what should i do?

I have anemia and raised ESR and do slow pace walking 4-5 kms avg My resting heart rate is in 48-65 Last two ECG was 53 and 48 Is this normal I do not have any faint spells or dizziness Please advise if this is normal

I have palpitations at night,I did my heart check up holter,echo, TMT was normal everything was 0 in holter test...still getting palpitation at night,I am so worried??I have attached my holter report.
