मुझे 2 दिन से left hand ओर left chest में ऐसे दर्द हो रहा है जैसे कोई हल्की हल्की सुई चला रहा है। कभी pain बंद हो जाता है और फिर से सुरु हो जाता है।

I was having gastritis problem and i was on medication for 20 days now it is completely cured but since 2-3 days i am feeling shortness of breath and little bit of vertigo when i go to sleep! I went for ECG it is normal but blood pressure is 140/90/98 ! Is it because of blood pressure or anything else?

Hello , I beg to state that due to GERD I'm forced to take PPIs for last 2-3 years. Currently I'm taking Pantodec DSR twice daily which provides good symptomatic control for me but recently due to an episode of post excercise syncope ( 1st time experience ) , I was instructed to do an ECG and in that , there was QTc prolongation , though everything was normal other than that. All of my previous ECGs have normal QTc values. I came to know that Domperidone is known to prolonged QTc. I was also taking Statin simultaneously ( 6 months course / Novastat 10 ). One local doctor prescribed me to try Sompraz IT instead and asked me to stop taking Statins as recent Lipid profile showed satisfactory levels. Will Sompraz IT be better for me ? I'm very worried about this QTc thing. No one in my family ever had any Cardiovascular disease , except for hypertension. I've attached my recent ECG test with the question.

My doc has asked me to do stretching exercise to reduce my bp but I cant do it as when I end exercise my heart starts beating weirdly and I feel too weak I havent done exercise ever in life so is it coz of first time that i am unable to do ?

Sir/madam, i am a patient of hypertension, when it was diagnosed it was 142/90. Doctor prescribed me Nebistar SA 2 years back. Now my average bp is 128/80, pulse rate 82bpm. I am taking the medicine alternative day now as prescribed by my doctor. From last 3 days i can feel my own heart beat(as if it is beating in high amplitude), only in lying down in left side . It is not normal because i never feel it before! Please suggest me. Is it a serious problem?

I am feeling high heart rate in periodic breaks. May I know what can be the reason. I do not have any covid symptoms.

I'm using oximeter. And when putting it in finger it shows 96 then it goes down. Do I have to be concerned?
