I'm thinking to do CT angiography. Can someone tell me the good hospital in Pune for CT angiography test ?

I had to emergency ecg n echo today due to sudden chest discomfort going down left arm and dizziness. Ecg was okay but echo not Plz explain diastolic dysfunction grade 1? Is it serious plz note I was in sinus tachycardia during echo! Does e n a waves merge and give false readings in that case? My deceleration time is 183 msec- very well within normal limits and ejection fraction is also fine Can heart which cant relax properly pump out blood so well? When shud I get it done again? Doctor said symptoms are from cervical spondylitis n not heart

Mild left axis deviated and t wave abnormalities flat wave i my posting the ecg plz suggest the abnormal

I had an echo in May which was all gud But today got it done in emergency ( from different hospital) n it says grade 1 diastolic dysfunction Ejection fraction increased from 60 to 70% .. I am confused as to how in just 2 months this can occur? I have anxiety induced BP but it has remained under control in these 2 months What shud I do? Get echo for third time?

Mine Triglyceride level was 930 in April'20 and consulted one cardio in NCR, he suggested Rosuvas f10 and omega 3 capsule, Along with that, i started taking Apple cider vinegar flex seeds walking at speed of 10 mins per km and cover almost 4 kms in a day Doing yoga Taking Jolly tulsi and now after 3 months i checked again and the level is 160. Just want to know is there any prob in this sharp fall in Triglyceride so soon. there is a light pain in my back, i think this is the side effect of this mdcn that i ws taking. Pls help in understanding is there all good or nothing to worry or something else.

Today after dinner I suddenly felt a sharp, almost like a tug in the right side of my chest , the area is about a palm distance from my collarbone. From last 15-20 days pulse rate get increases and BP goes on decrease. Post dialysis pulse rate is going to 130,140. And BP goes to 70/45,80/50, 90/60.
