Dear sir/madam, my weight 83kgs Symptoms: 1. I feel chest tightness when I move neck side and downwards 2. Feeling left arm elbow and wrist pain 3. I feel more chest tightness and pains when I feel stress or when I feel tensed 4. I feel fatigue immediately when I miss my breakfast/lunch/dinner timings 5. Consulted gastroenterologist suggested sompraz 40mg and ulgel syrupthere is no change in chest tightness 6. I have done recent ecgs and done 2d echo 1 year back all are normal but there is no change in pain 7. Also feeling pain from neck to lower back and shoulder blades 8. Also have allergic bronchitis 9. I feel pain and tightness when I bring neck down and both arms together Life style habits: 1. No physical activity 2. Eaten lots of junk food and stopped now Queries: 1. Is this heart related or spine problem ?? 2. Which type of tests to be done for further evaluation? Please help...

My bp gets shoots some time. I can feek my high bp if raises till 130 by 90 even. Highest till now was 150 by 90 and pulse goes to 118.My all cardiac test are normal.Got stress echo also done. Thats also negative. I am taking nebicard 2.5 Normally bp remains 117/79. But now hiking by 125 by 85. Which tablet is better nebicard 2.5 or ciplar 40 for both bo and pulse.

From 2 days feel left side chest pain and left arm pain also feels shortness of breath but my ecg is normal and spor is 99% what to. do now?

I did my heart health check-up,I found mvp and mild Mr.. doctor advised me me yearly eçho and told me not to worry as it minor problem.. afterwards I started getting continuous palpitations,I thought it was symptoms of MVP(as mentioned in internet),I did holter,it came to normal, doctor told mvp is not causing you symptoms and told "if u had heart diseases u can't even walk"...then afterwards I started searching on internet how athlete died due to MVP,how it failed the heart of someone...what should I do???
