Dear Doctor, Medical history :I have acidic reflux and anxiety Height-5, 11 Weight-106kg Last few months the situation facing by me is really horrible... during the night time or early hours in the morning like 1-3 am suddenly i got wake up with chest discomfort like chest pressure and chest tightness including breathlessness...after sometime slowly it calm down and getting sleep. At that time i have checked oximeter my pulse rate and oxygen rate is normal. Since January 2020 i have undergone tests like bp, sugar, cholesterol, tmt,ECG, 2d-echo, chest x-ray, pulmonary function test but all the reports are normal except HDL got bit low around 28. Hence kindly advice with your valuable comments and let me know do you want me to include any tests or suggest me to repeat any tests

Dear sir I have pain in left side of my chest. I smoke cigarette for 4 months 5 per day. ECG was normal.. BP 138/ 90..doctor given me some tablets for GERD. but pain not gone completely. pls guide me any further tests are required

How to differentiate between Angina and Heartburn? I something have some kind of sensation in the left part of upper chest. Sometimes when I am lying on bed I feel squeezing type of sensation in my left part of chest. Also I do have some gas issues.I am confused where this is Heartburn or Angina. Please help me.

Hi Doctor, Today I done blood test of my mother as per doctor's suggestion There we found Cardiac maker results as below: Please advise CK MB Reference range 0-24 Mother's result 25.10 Troponin I Reference range 0-15 Mother's result 6.60 Vitamin D also found less than reference range

I'm male 39 obese, 2D Echo, Recent GMT Normal, Sugar, Lipids, Thyroids all good. I ordered a Cardiac Marker test for Apolipoprotiens etc. What are Chances of marker results if My LDL, HDL, Triglycerides, VLDL are fine since 10 years.

My mother 65 years old in march 21st i did a general check up annd doctor said ecg myocardial infraction and echo normal but doctor said do angiogram for future purpose i asked doctor he said not emergency but for future no problems and now she doesn't have any symptoms and healthy i wish want to do angiogram. ??

Sir/Madam, Tapse=20 and Diastolic compliance is reduced (impaired relaxation) E:A 0.90 and systolic is Good. ECG shows high pulse. Pulse rate sometimes goes high and sometimes normal. These are mentioned in my report. Is it normal or abnormal report??? Looking for your valuable and proper suggestion. Thanks
