As my bp is high iam using tablets morning and evening now my pulse rate going down below 70 can i now why it is happening using telmisartan and amlodipine tablet

I generally feel skipped heart beat and palpitations sometimes twice and three times in a months is it a sign of worry. I have Anxiety disorder also, last is happens yesterday in night and i feel worried.

My bp in sitting position is 150/80 While supine it is 130/80 Why this much changes, Plz advice my M.D says consider supine as correct reading as it is best position to check...

I have had a fast heartbeat during sleep for about 2 hours a night for the last 40 days. It is well above 120..sometimes 150..I had echo, ECG, tmt A month ago and they were all fine. No issues were found with the heart at that time.Now, I have strange symptoms when I try to sleep. There is a feeling of buzzing, blood rushing and the arms start to get heavy and a bit numb. When I get up the symptoms go away. Is this tachycardia induced cardiomyopathy ??

When i place a glass,or mobile phone on my chest i can see...a very slightly visible thumping... especially on left side... But... when i check it by hand to know if it's bounding..... I can't feel heartbreat by placing hand on chest...while laying down... Just wanted to know if it's normal..or not I also have Anxiety problem Please reply...thanks...
