I want to know about Left ventricular hypertrophy. What is the medication need to take.. how can we cure that

Bearing pain on left side of chest and extending to the mid and right side too.. Pain in right and left arms nerves. Feeling so weak and has taken ecg and echo. Attached reports for reference. Could you please let me know the cause of the pain!

My grandmother aged 85 years suffered from hyponatremia 3 months back. Recently her BP was not controlled with Telma 40, so doctor prescribed Olmezest H 40. Though as of now her sodium levels are 141, but will Hydrochlorothiazide have major effects on thhese levels? Or it be avoided or it may work with regular monitoring of Serum Electrolytes?

Male, 28. Today evening when i started warmups for exercise, soon after almost 10 jumos strted feeling my heart beating real fast. Then checked pulse rate with the help of oximeter..it was 130. Gave half hour gap without dng exercise and checkd again...it was 148. Please suggest me what should be the next step i should take? Note: Recently 25 days back, discharged frm hospital with moderate covid and hence i was not doing exercise these days. Slowly strtng now.

Hello respected Doctors Good afternoon. I have been diagnosed with severe magnesium deficiency. I have chest pain, shortness of breath,pain in rib cage points, shoulder pain, palpitations in throat upper chest.leg cramps. Pls note My ecg, 2D echo and tmt is normal. Also my x-ray with pft is normal. I don't have bp or thyroid issues. I am not diabetic. My serum creatinine is 0.93. HB is 12.5. Vitamin D is 20 and b12 is 250. How can I overcome this with magnesium suppliments. And which one to take and for how long? I am in anxiety too. Pls help me dear Doctors. I am 35 yrs old unmarried female. I am an athlete, during my training I observed that my stamina had reduced,I have done heart and lungs check up,it was normal but in echo I found MVP and mild Mr??this MVP is reducing my stamina??

When i lay on left side i feel heart beat.... Specially on ribs cage... And when i put finger on ribs 5 ... I feel its palping...while laying on left side.. Is it normal... Did ECG,CBC... WAS NORMAL..
