Little pain on left side of chest Comes and go  from 10 days and stomach is not responding well please help

I am regularly having high pulse rate, heart beat around 100 to 115 per min. My SpO2 level is usually between 98 to 100. I feel weakness. Also, i am anemic by birth, having hereditary spherocytosis. Plz suggest for high pulse rate.

Why in echo report we trace something in each and every individual heart which are beign such as trivial Mr, MVP,mild Tr..etc....that means no one have 100% perfect heart, everybody have some minor defect??

I am 40 years old male. Had problems with heart 10 years back a small micocardial infraction since then using ecosprine and chlostrol control tablet , there were no problems.  Now one week back felt discomfort and found BP went up to 170/110 mmHg but ECG and blood test said no issues with heart. Subsequently visited Carodigly Dr. , Taking Amlogard-10 mg and seklon 25mg for two weeks , now BP settled to 128/83 mm Hg . Should I continue taking tablet for BP or any systemic way of quitting the medicine . I do 3km jogging for 40 min morning and evening for the last one week before I was hitting gym hard but Covid put me rest for 3 months.

I have done 3d vasculography of heart and ecg one month ago and it came out normal but sometimes i feel pain in my left chest and i have gas problems what should i do should i do another heart check up for chest pain

From a week my left arm pain dont know. why can it due to. heart problems i do. ecg but its normal please guide me what to do ... ...

45 years old, taking medicine for BP for last 5 years. Recently having difficult even for short walks (>10min or 2 stairs), earlier used to walk upto 30 -40 min easily or 3-4 stairs. Did ECG 3 months back and was normal. No difficulty in normal situation. 165 cm, 85 kg. Blood sugar on boundary but no medication. So, which test is preferred / required echo or TMT

I ve numbness and cramping problem with my left hand n leg, chest burning sensation . I shown to doctor done with ecg and bp. Ecg was normal and bp (200/90)was high. Later he suggested me to take telbind tab. Still my problem not resolved. From today backside of my head is also cramping though my BP is normal. During last 4days started to take ecosprin and pan-d. Plz assist me regard this.

Hello Sir I am having chest pain and back pain which revolves around upper body what it would be this pain is for 4-5 months I have done some test all are normal like endoscopy throat scopy... And ecg 2D echo Actually I want to know how is variant Angina do painkillers works on angina..

I have been taking cardace 2.5 tablet from August 17th. For the past one month I am having dry cough which is severe and disturbing my sleep. Day time manageable. Is this the side effect of cardace 2.5 mg tablet. What should I do? Any cough medicine I can try or any alternate BP tablet. But the  reading is fine after I started taking cardace 2.5 mg. Please advise. Thanks.
