Hi, Recently, my father started to feel difficulty in breathing along with tiredness and fatigue. We took him for corona test thrice and it came out as negative. Later, we took him for some tests related to lungs and we came to know that he has fluid in his lungs, but his lungs are fine and the cause of problem wasn't lungs. We did ECG tests and the report says high level of NP BNP hormones greater than 2000 pg/mL in heart. And he needs to be treated for the same. Could you please look into the reports and let me know what is the best that needs to be done further. I've attached the reports as well.

Hi, doc my wife is diagnosed with Covid Positive and its almost week now. All symptoms gone except mild cough is still there. Oxygen levels are above 95% in oximeter but her pulse rate is nearly between 100 to 120. We never observed pulse rate before Covid case so not sure if thats increased after Covid or it was higher only as her age is 25 only.

Shortness of breath and swollen feet. Not able to do daily routines. And mostly sitting   with neck down not lifting the neck. Did 2 d echocardiogram which showed signs of heart failure. She is been given some diuretics that reduced some swelling in her feet but shortness of breath is not going away.

What is the best alternative medicine instead of ACE inhibitors and ARB for a patient of Myocardial infraction with LVEF of 40%. The patient is using MONIT SR-30, METLOR XR-50, DYTOR PLUS 10, CARDACE 5, ECOSPRIN AV 75 /20, PANTOP - DSR, all are once s day ...suggest a medicine for the replacement of CARDACE instead of ACE inhibitors and ARB's.

Bp fluctates so much! I have OMRON HEM 7124 machine n so one reading will be 145/95 after 30 mints 130/80 then after some hours again high Even at hospital it drops from 160/100 to 130/80 in minutes This high nomal high normal bp has been dere since almost a year.. it shots up suddenly to high levels n then to normal...
