I need to ask about my bp
Before 3 month my health is ok when i take predisolona 10mg 2 time whithin 24h my bp is not going well i do my all cardiology check up everything is welll but still have bp problems
My systolic bp is always good but my diastolic bp always reading 95 to 100 thats also i need very bad
I am taking always concore 2.5mg per day
How can i control my diastolic bp
Please help what i beed to do

Hi, salt restricted diet and exercise regularly, walking 30 minutes per day. Do yoga and meditation.
