Hello doc., Since few days i have noticed that whenever i lie down and try to sleep,my heartbeat increases and i feel as if my beats are not in sync with my breathing and its very unsettling experience as after sometime i feel as if my heart got reset, i can't sleep properly due to that as i feel Anxiety 🤦

3 days ago My father's sodium level was 113. After given 3 ns 3% saline it reaches 121. Oftenly tremors hand and leg. Fever in last 4 days also. Comes one or two time in a day. Fever is below 100. What should I do. What is the cause of low sodium level. Has any permanent solution.

I had angioplasty and stent placement 1.5 years back. Initially after that I start feeling skipping heartbeat. Although it was normal for long time. I again now have episodes of missing heartbeats which lasts 1 to 3 days. And happens in interval of 1 to 30 minutes means sometimes I feel every minute sometime in interval of 30 minutes.
