My weight is 110kg, and is feeling mild chest discomfort. Attached is my lipid profile done today. Do I need to take cholesterol medicine for a month now? Please advise. I am working on reducing my weight and fat.

I am 19 years old ,i m getting mild pain in different areas of left chest for only 5 to 10 seconds for every 1 to 2 hours ,mostly evenings.also rythemic shiver(in different parts of legs not whole leg) for 2 seconds in legs(hands some times) while resting position .i was diagnosed with mild corona one month back and recovered in 10 days,all blood tests are normal including d dimer. No pain while exercise and weight lifting. No gas problem i guess. Please help.
