I'm 17 my bp is 140/65.
Hi, My bp may have increased due to anxiety... It has been 6 months since... I am not reallyy that anxious recently ... But i feel a bounding pulse in my body, chest, fingers, head, neck, legs everywhere... Please help me it is ruining my life... I have tried everything... Changing to a better diet, exercise, meditation... Nothing works.. My bp is still same.. My pulse is still bounding. I also tried magnesium... I don't know what else to do... I'm afraid of anxiety and bp medication because of side effects If it is anxiety then how long will it be cured? Please tell me what to do
