BP range 130/90 to 140/90
Hi, I am taking BP medication from last 1 yr bt my BP is 135/90 from last 1 month. Medication-olmetrack 40 mg morning time

Hi there I understand your concern...avoid junk foods,packed foods,high salt intake,carbohydrates like rice etc,avoid oily foods...add proteins and fibre rich foods to your diet with green tea,green leafy vegetables, fruits...do regular exercise at least 2 hours a day...Consult nearest physician they will do the needful.

Repeat the readings at different times of the day in different days of a week.one time measurement doesn't give accurate reading.if you don't have sugar(diabetes) or kidney disease you can maintain

Hello there. I can understand your concern.  So whats your concern regafding this? Its good that you are taking the medications for it and also your blood pressure is also fine. But what do you need to know regarding this? Restrict your salt intake and exercise daily.  Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards.
