Hi there I understand your concern...avoid junk foods,packed foods,high salt intake,carbohydrates like rice etc,avoid oily foods...add proteins and fibre rich foods to your diet with green tea,green leafy vegetables, fruits...do regular exercise at least 2 hours a day...Consult nearest physician they will do the needful.
Repeat the readings at different times of the day in different days of a week.one time measurement doesn't give accurate reading.if you don't have sugar(diabetes) or kidney disease you can maintain
