High Triglycerides.
My Triglyceride levels are constantly rising. Have never taken any medication for the same so far. I normally avoid popping allopathic medicines regularly. Unless seriously required, I avoid taking medicines. Since March 2020, my physical activity is also dropped due to lockdown and still taking precaution. Now I feel its utmost important to bring Triglyceride levels down, and I believe other variations in cholesterol levels will also gradually improve. Any suggestions/ prescriptions? My medical history chart is attached herewith. Thanks in advance for your valuable time and advice.
