Suffering with chest pain form last on week. Feeling relaxed in the rest condition but pain begins during the time of work.

Sir please tell me if this ecg normal or not Please help me I am in panic What this ecg suggest ??

Is a blood pressure of 120-125/ 60-65 normal? I had health and heart anxiety i went to a cardio and he did echo and ecg and everything was normal. But he gave me ciplar stalopalm and trinerve. Was this medicine for anxiety? Can i contol without medication using yoga and meditation as i am young. My resting heart rate remains 55-60

In recent routine body check up of my mother, her blood test has  shown level of 55.40 mh/dl of Lipoprotein. However she has no symptoms. Kindly issue medical expert advisories for it.

I usually monitor my heart rate through my apple watch, when checking the data of my heart rate for last month I noticed there was 6 days in total when I resting heart rate range was between 54 to 60. I was taking ciplar LA 20 since July and before that I have taken Petril beta for 2 months. Just wanted to know is the resting rate of 55 for sometime is normal and also to add when I workout or go for for running then my heart rate goes from the range of 150 to 180 beats and comes back to normal range after sometime when I stop working out. Is this normal or should I get some test done. Note- I have done my stress echo test done last December and the test were normal. Please suggest is this normal or should I get some test done.

Due to mild chest pain and blood pressure of 152/101, an ECG was taken a week back and as per the pysician it showed some changes and referred to Cardiologist. An Echo taken showed LVH and dialated Aorta Root (45mm) only and given Telday 40 and Cilacar 10 and advised to control BP and concluded it is normal only and chest pain did not occur upon physical activity so no chance of cardiac origin. I have experienced the similar discomfort today early morning also for about 10-15 minutes. Current Serum. Uric Acid level is 8.1 mg/dL ( checked due to previous history ) Is there any relation between Uric Acid and hypertension related issues.

Please explain about the abnormalities I this ECG , the report says abnormal ECG with T wave abnormalities

Yesterday i kept getting these strange sensations on my upper chest which led me not being able to breathe all day.At night i was just eating maggi where i suddenly got sweaty, nauseated,sick,clammy hands.i couldn't breathe properly while this was happening i told my mum i didn't feel right and i wanted to go to ER,but cos of my previous er trip and all the tests costing alot of money and all of em coming back normal.My mum told me that i am on medication (propranolol 40mg)and started scolding me to stop being scared like a baby.The thing she doesn't realise that i actually thought i was dying.I went to my bed at this point the symptoms started fading its been atleast 15 mins.i am sleeping upside down and while this my right hand index and middle finger started to feel uncomforta(I can't describe it just didn't feel right) after a few secs to a min.This mild pain started travelling slowly to my elbow few mins later it reached my shoulder.what is this?upper chest discomfort is still the
