Can you take volini spray everyday?

Hey docs,i need some help i have been having pains in my arm,in my back and even on my chest for about 6 months now.I did a big mistake,i used apply volini spray like alot of it sometimes whenever i had pain so lets say in my arms i put the spray(so if my arm hurts for 10 times a day i will apply it 10 times a day)for about 6 months now.My pain always went away when i used to apply it.Is applying this spray or even the cream these many times a day for atleast 6 months bad?i never had a major side effect.I just thought they were on my skin and had nothing to do with my heart. Is volini spray or cream (if i use it more then i am supposed to)is bad?or can i still take it?please answer i am panicking i am being treated for high heart rate but normal bp by my cardiologist (i don't have any problems or family history except slight tachycardia)

Benidipine 2 mg

I have been taking Benidipine 4 mg twice a day since one month. My bp is between 110-120/80-90z Recently, i was advised to reduce dosage to benidipine 2 mg twice a day or 4 mg once in morning. Since benidipine doesnt come in 2 mg , which is a better option : 1- Break 4 mg medicine in half and take 2 mg half in morning and 2 mg half in evening. 2- Have 4 mg once in morning .

Angiography Report

Hi, Last year I have gone through angiography and sharing the report here. As per report - 1) what is my heart condition ? 2) During angiography I was 108 kgs which I reduced to 88 kgs in last one year and stopped alcohol and smoking. I do walk 7-8 kms daily at 5.50km/hr speed. 3) I was told by doctor to reduce my weight to 70kgs as my height is 176cm. However I am afraid to hit gym. Should I go for any tests like stress test through treadmill ??? 4) Do I need any periodic tests/checks for my heart function of yes dn what are dose ? I do lipid profile , CBC , thryoid , liver and kidney profile check in every 4-5 months. Where al come normal except Triglycerides - 235 . Please read my entire message and suggest and help

Lipoprotien a

My father is 56 year old he did a self routine test and his lipoprotien A came out to be 66 mg/dl. Which ia high i guess. 2-3 years back he had done engiogram and calcium score and his echo tmt was normal his engiogram was normal and his calcium score was 7 in one of the arteries as far as i remember and 0 in all the rest. Should he be worried about heqrt disease. Lipopotien high means he at risk of heart disease?
