Heart Problems & Remedies

I feel little pain in left chest sometimes. I always have a feeling of hopelessness and fear. When I do up down on stairs I feel my heartbeat is more faster than it used to be earlier like I worked out much. I feel like my heart is weak. My cholesterol levels are ok. Triglycerides are slightly high.

I m feeling sweet and very light pain left side chest and back and also in left shoulder . My ecg report is normal and blood pressure 145/95 some time 150/100 ...some time 130/90 , I run 2.5 km and do exercises daily Some time I felt sweet pain and inflammation in left side chest. Plse suggest what to do.

I have high bp issue and taking medicine for that , but still it never goes below 140/90, so should I take vacation for covid or not, If yes than what precautions to take

As per latest LIPID profile report Total cholesterol showing normal however individual cholestrol parameters are high . Please suggest what to do? Please check the below report. Is nail infection or heart disease or liver problem or gallbladder? In USG they found 2hyperfolichoic in gall bladder now my lower abdomen is pain ...they give udimarine tablet and also cool rab for gastro...which specialist doctor can I contact now?

I just did a full body check up , What should I do now ! I have got my 1st covid vaccine on 4th sep and started showing side effects 7 hours later , including high fever (103), headache, severe muscle pain and vomiting so I took dolo 650, next day(5 sep) my temperature was around 100 so I didn't take any medicine but I was feeling nauseous and some muscle pain, today I don't have temperature but pain at injection hand (left hand) and burning sensation on my upper abdomen, dull pain mostly at the center of chest that comes and goes, sometimes I think I feel this dull pain on both chest but it might be breast pain. So do I have to get my self checked or these all are vaccine side effects coz I don't have any medical condition except hypothyroidism and vaccine side effects supposed to be mild but I had very severe side effects specially the day I got vaccine (I couldn't sleep all night it was that bad for me)
