Heart Problems & Remedies

When we go for check up ,.we found cholesterol level High , please see attached report. And some time we feel some pain in left side in chest.

Post lockdown formed with anxiety issues. Later on it transformed as a panic disorder. I was healthy before lockdown. Sudden heart palpitation with lot of hot flushes when I think something about my heart health. No diabetic and no other health issues. I'm really worried as this happened whenever I have gastric or even muscle related problems then and there. Please let me know if this is not serious. Last night while cooking I started thinking about my heart health and all of a sudden my hot some minor palpitation that boomed like a massive one and due to which I taken Ciplar 10mg and after sometime it became normal and I slept well. I'm really worried for how long I'm going to live with this. It's better god can take my life and I don't wanted to live with this issue anymore.

As per blood report of my father, it showed high cholesterol, SGPT infection, low vitamin D. For consultation, which specialities i need to choose in practo app?

Is angiography safe? Is their any risk of  miss procedure? Experience cardiologist is necessary? Or i can do from any interventional cardiologist ? I am concerned as i am only 39 years old.

Potassium level came is 3.10 against normal range 3.50-5.10 Plz assist how to increase it. Does it is concern

I get a sensation of pain in one of my nerves or muscles of the heart whenever the heart beats..the pain comes and goes (lubb-dupp) . I have this from yesterday and lasts only for sometime. I had it yesterday evening and then became normal and then had it today morning again but cured after sometime. Could it be due to gas,after taking antacid/ antigas  tablet the pain reduced. I am sitting more than usual time these days and also get leg pain sometimes, and currently my stomach is bloated and I have little constipation since few days. I have had panic attacks in the past few months ( during covid) ( rapid heartbeat) . Pls let me know if it is something serious or is it a gas problem or anything else. Thanks in advance

I have been advised angiography by doctor. I want to know how much radiation is used in a normal angiography. I know about the ct angiography but i need to know radiation used in normal angiography

I had skipped heart beat problem 2 years ago at that time i did my tmt echo ecg lft kft t-tropin test all report was normal then i consulted a psychiatric dr he gave me flunil and migrabeta TR for 2 months and gave clonazepam after that i didn't have any problem for 2 years After that, recently I was missing 2 or 3 beats for a week, but one day I took a lot of oily food, suddenly in the evening there was difficulty in breathing and the heart beat went on missing and slowed down.maybe 20 or 22 miss beats in 1 minute Then I did an echo immediately, its report is normal, now I am eating my etizolbeta0.25 now everything is fine what karu i am submit my echo report kr please check and guide
