When i lay flat on bed my chest becomes tight and pressure and also some burning sensation is it heart problems any tips on it pliz help and i am worried

I am 26 years old  female ,weighing 60 kg.i was having chest pain for 2 days whenever i lift something or raise my right hand. Doc advised ecg, ecg has been done twice. I am sharing the images. It was written that short pr interval, poor r wave progression and inferior t wave abnormality may be age and gender related. I went to cardiologist also he told that it is gender related nothing serious. I have shared the images of ecg .please tell do i need to get more investigations done. Please suggest i am very tensed due to this

I take Cilacar T (10/40) and Aten 25 for hypertension. Is it okay for me to consume Omega 3 capsules ?

On August 1 I had a severe breathing problem after taking inhaler and criz m I got normal in 3 4 hours but still feeling dizziness, today again I am feeling dizziness ,slept whole day but still feeling to sleep and feel a pain in my chest on right hand side and cannot stand not sit for much time feels to get a sleep. What should I do for these.

It's been 2 months since i go to the gym. As a child i did swimming for 9 years from class 1 to class 9. I played football. Then 2 years badminton. I am 23. Now for 2-years in beetween i became very less active but now again i have stated work out and going to the gym. But when sometimes i see gym videos of people collapsic or having cardiac arrest i panic. Then at the gym whenever i have slightest pain on the left chest or any acidity i panic and leave the exeecise. In this fear i did my ecg and echo cardio and the doctor said i have a perfect heart. "His words" so should i be worried and worry about my physical exertion. Cause this age is about being free and exercising. I have cervical spondolytis too

I have palpitation last 2year and I have done all the essential test to heart related and the report was normal and I take some medications last one year but nothing effect. Now last two days head is vibrating.i don't no what is going on myself please suggest me something.

Hi , I have been having chest Burning and squeezing feeling for last 2.5 years. In the 2d echo it says Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction LVEF is 66% and E/A is 0.6/0.9 .CT angiography is Normal .Please advise how to overcome the weird symptoms and is it threat to life?
