I got nervous at the time of ecg test. Attached it the egg report with conclusion sinus tachycardia otherwise normal ecg. Is it fine?

My mother recently tested lipid profile. Total cholestrol- 338 , ldl- 205, triglycerides- 195 , Hdl- 38 . No regular exercise but have household works on daytime also no special  diet rescritions . Blood pressure 140 - 150 and Taking amlodipine 5mg every night for that . Stressfull home atmosphere also present . But no history of cardiac complaints or pains but have family history . Can we try one more month with diet rescritions , exercise and natural methods before intiating allopathic medication ? Or better to start medication? Any problem to delay one more month to start medication ?

I was facing irregular heartbeat from few months. Done with ecg 3-4 times every time its comes normal. Done ecg in front of cardio doctor also he says everything is normal .He prescribed me indernal-40 for two months..while i take the medicine my heart beat is always normal between 75-90. But as i left medicine it increase again at sitting in office it comes around-110-120. Please suggest what shall i do.. This ecg is of today.. Please review and suggest what shall i do next.

Last six months having mild sharp left chest pain on and off... mild sharp pain comes mostly in the heart area and goes away in few seconds or minute... have done ecg(normal),echo(normal with mild lvh), tmt(mild+ve), coronary angiogram(normal) in Mar 2021.... but still the pain is coming multiple times in a day mostly at rest and at times while running as well... kindly advise

Hello my total cholesterol is 215mg/dl with triglycerides at 145mg/dl, hdl at 33 ldl at 153. Please suggest how to improve my hdl and reduce ldl. Also should I start medication to reduce ldl? I am 33 year old with normal blood sugar. And not on any medication.
