Hello sir, My ventricular ectopics are 2600 and total hear beat is 116000. I am at serious condition do i need to get hospitilazed. What should i do.

Breathlessness, fatigue, unable to walk or stand for a long time. 2 years ago, she consulted cardiologist and angiography was done as she was having chest pain also. Final diagnosis detected was Positive TMT, CAG - Mild CAD, Normal LV function, HTN. After that till now regular checkup and consultation is going on. Recently her cholesterol has again increased to 241.2 mg/dl, triglyceride 334.7 mg/dl, HDL is 32.15 mg/dl, LDL is 142.11 mg/dl, VLDL is 66.94 mg/dl. Still having same symptoms like fatigue, tiredness, weakness, breathlessness, unable to walk long or work for a long time and walk or talk continuously. Please provide consultation regarding what is the exact issue and what should be the proper medication needed.

I'm diabetic and heart patient, my fasting blood sugar level is 153mg, can I take the covishield vaccine? Also I take dytor plus, daflon 500mg, zavamet 50/500, Rozawal gold 20, Angispan, Ramipril 2.5, Carca 3.125, Pantosec D..   Do I need to skip any of these medicines? If yes, then for how much time. Please guide me

Hi, My cholesterol levels are high, and I have been asked to have tablet Tonact TG 1 tablet ODHS, for 2 month, along with lifestyle changes and exercises. Should I go ahead with them? I also feel a little lightheaded sometimes, esp. after exercises and while lying down, rest of the time it is fine.

I am taking inderal 40 for palpitations, my ecg is normal done 3-4 times. I want to go for echo and tmt , since i am taking this medicine and my heart rate is normal70-85 will this medicine cause any issue in report of tmt and echo test. Please tell me..

Hi , I am taking new Bp medication since two weeks and it is around average130/90 with medicines. Should it be lower than this post medication or will it slowly come down further as i continue to take the meds in long term ?

In december 2020... I suddenly lifted a bag of books weighing 20-30kgs at night. Suddenly I got blackout, slurred speech, sweating, shortness of breath, dizziness (but not nauseous at all) and this continues for whole night. After that I became normal. Then after 2 months I started belching a lot, a lot of gas formation, brain zap sensation, anxiety, fear of having heart problem, fear of having brain problem, tingling & numbness. Then one day I suddenly heard the sound of cracker and got very frightened, heart palpitations started, I rushed to the GP, he said this is just anxiety and given me anti anxiety pills & I became normal in some days. Also then I was vitamin D & vitamin B12 deficient. USG abdomen -Diagnosed with fatty liver 1 too. Chest xray normal. Now, symptoms are balance problem, shallow breathing sometimes,fear of falling, too much belching, gas, etc. Never had chest pain. Never had headache. I'm becoming too much hypochondriac.
