Heart Problems & Remedies

Hi If a Male of 31, Height 5 ft 4 inches and Weight of 65 kilos is suffering from High B.P from the last 3 years ,due to Stress ,and experiencing symptoms like Pain in the back of neck, Heart palpitations,and have been taking Concor 5 what medicine is recommended, to continue with the Beta blocker or shift to Angiotensin Blocker.

I m continuesly suffering  from  chest pain, anxiety , shoulder blade pain, dizziness, numbness, irregular pulse ( specially below 60bpm at resting) etc. from last 2yrs. I had gone through 5 times echo test, 4 times stress test and they are normal. And also took medication  course for anxiety for  4 months but no relief in pain and still suffering from these symptoms.

I am 31 ur old men, but I don't why I am always scared of having heart attack. Even if I will have slight pain in my chest l. Please let me know what to do...

I have lost around 15kgs of weight over 6 months - using a low carbohydrates, high fat diet and now BMI is 25. My LDL cholesterol though increased compared to last year, where it was 100 - but now 140. HDL has increased from 45 to 53, Triglycerides reduced from 130 to 92. Why has LDL increased whereas both other elements have shown improvement? Should I be worried, my dietician seems to think it is temporary.

My blood pressure from few days is around 145/95..i feel heavy headed..and weakness. One time it goes 150/100... Doctor prescribed me Met xl 12.5 tablet.. Doctor said take it for 15 days then we decide whether to continue or not. Is bp medicine medicine continued for life time or we can stop it by life style modification.. Kindly advice..is it too early to take medicine for blood pressure..my age is 38 and weight 64 kg. Kindly suggest..

I have feeling of chest fluttering after take inhaler(foracort 200ng twice a day) or breathing medicines And when I sleeping suddenly waken cause my heart beats fasts for some second s and mt heart beat slow 57 BPM when I was in deep sleep. And somtimes I feel internal vibrations in my body when I lying. Is it serious? What should I do.
