My sister recently had been diagnosed with PSVT where her heart rate is faster than normal. Her blood test also showed hyperthyroidism. I have attached the reports because I think we should go for second opinion before getting her tested with ESP & RFA as suggested by the doctor. Please help if we need second opinion or should go for the test.?

I am experiencing chest pain dizziness I did tmt 15 days ago it was negative echo was normal ecg was normal and today again I did echo it was normal my hdl level is it low hdl is 36 pls check report is it anxiety do I need to do tmt again or not. Tab Metoprolol 25mg BD  Tab Sorbitrate 2.6 mg  The Ecosprin 75mg  Tab Atrovastatin  10mg Hs at present Kindly advice me,  Do you advice me  to under go CAG? Thanks

My father is a heart patient and has gone through a by pass surgery in 2017. His medication include medicines which help avoiding of blood clotting. As read in various health articles Covishield does raises concern of blood clot post vaccination. Kindly advise if it is safe to take this particular vaccination as it is W.H.O approved and also what kind of precautions do we need to take before and after vaccination such as avoid intake of medicine prior and after getting vaccination for couple of days? Medicine which are prescribed to him are Deplatt A.

We have been monitoring BP readings of my dad for quite some months now. The observation is that for say 26 days of the month, systolic BP is in 130s. However, suddenly for 3-4 days it tends to rise around 160s. Then again it gets back to normal after a few days. This monthly pattern is observed for past 3 months. What can be the reason of this? Is it something to worry about?

But they say I can go for CT angiogram if I need to be sure but according to them that they are 99% sure that it will also come negative. I want to know do I need to go for CT angiogram ? I had my 3 CT scans this year only, twice HRCT ( for covid-normal) once for CT calcium score. So I'm apprehensive that this many CTs can harm me. I take metoprolol 25 mg for my slightly elevated BP. And I'm obese ( 182 CM and 98 KGs)

During first ecg it showed that abnornal q wave and left artial enlargement. This is taken during covid infection. After 2 months ecg shows all normal. Is this normal
