Heart rate is low
I have anxiety problem , when I am having anxiety attack I have tachycardia, and I am taking medication citalopram and clonazepam from last one month . But I am having resting heart rate is 55 to 60 from last 5 months . I had 2 times ecg when I had panic attacks and only I have tachycardia at that time . Is it a problem? Please help . I am in tension because of my low heart rate .

55-60 is a normal heart rate not low

It’s is normal to have that heart rate. Heart rate is usually defined in range rather than in no. So nothing to worry with that heart rate.
