How long heart palpitation lasts??? Its been 4months still experiencing heart palpitation... Fast heart rate..at the age of 30 i became diabetic... My hba1c is 4.5 in april .. Suddenly it raised to 8.7after covid.. I hv become diabetic from a non diabetic healthy person.. this covid made so much damage to me

My mom is a Rheumatoid arthritis patient under treatment for the same as well as under cardio follow up. Her rheumatologist has modified some of the drugs he prescribed & advised to take cardio opinion for the rest of the drugs. For CAD, she is on concor am, olmesar, clopilet for the past 4 years. Should she stop any of these before getting her covishield shot?

I went through Lipid profile test and got below results - Triglycerides - 192 LDL - 83 HDL - 35 VLDL - 38 Total cholesterol - 156 Is 192 too high? Or controllable? I am vegetarian and also never eat any fast or fried, oily foods even then i am not sure why Triglycerides is high. I do exercise daily. My weight is 70 kg and height 5"6. I started taking whey protein from last 2 month, could this be the reason of increased Triglycerides?  I have stopped taking whey from last week now. Currently I am taking Ecosprin Av 75/20 from last two days. Could you please suggest what should be the best way to lower triglycerides and increase HDL. Will adding omega 3 to diet is good choice?  Please suggest.

For the last 2-3 days, I am feeling pain while sleeping left side and a feeling that my heart is beating loudly. I have been doing weight training and cardio excercises for last 3 months 5-6 times a week with one scoop of whey protein concentrate. Can excercise or protein lead to heart problems, shall I discontinue ? I am 26 yo, weight 62kg, height 5'8", vegetarian, non-smoker, non-drinker. I had mild covid in March 2021.

Hi, I have a throbbing or the pain like someone punching in the chest that lasts for a few seconds and goes away. It comes suddenly and goes away in a very few seconds. Pain sometimes comes in the left part, sometimes in right part and sometimes in the central part of chest, it is not localised. Pain does not come on exertion. But when the pain comes, it comes only a very minute region which can be pointed by a finger. I have had ECG and 3 2d echoes' and doctors' told all reports are normal. Please help me what I can do to find out the cause of my pain.

I have been getting palpitations for years in which I got all test done including ecg , 2d echo , tmt , troponin I , holter ( all normal except 400 pvcs a day ) I even got magnesium and potassium tested, everything is fine . I don't have anxiety just there palpitations sometimes. Is there any other blood test ? Can vitamins deficiency cause these , especially vitamin b12 and d defeciency. Help me pls ! My mother 44 years old, had a Valve replacement surgery around 28 years ago, and she is all fit and fine now. She is not under any medication just some health supplements of Nutrilite. My doubt is whether we should give her Vaccine doses or not. Will it be fine for her to take?
