Chest Pain
Suffering from chest pain and pressure on and off for last 7-8 months. But persistent for last 7-8 days especially in extertion. Had covid Twice last in April. I'm obese too. My ECHO and TMT done in March came normal. My CT calcium score also came zero in March. Doctors didn't feel the need for CT angiogram. But recent lipid profile come abnormal total cholesterol is 225 triglycerides 214 LDL 130 HDL 55. Am I suffering from any CAD ? I take metropolol 25 mg for my high BP

Focus on weight loss. Get your thyroid profile done . I think get a CT coronary angio done as you are post covid and symptomatic

You don't have CAD as your TMT , ECHO and CT Coronary Calcium score is showing no calcium. Just follow lifestyle measures like weight reduction, Diet and exercise to control cholesterol. Initial LDL target should be less than 100.
