Post Angioplasty problem
My father is 45yrs age working as police const. He is Diabetic, HTN, and have placed 2stent in RCA & Have 70%plaque in LAD. After Angioplasty my father is feeling tiredness on walk even when he goes for toilet ...now he started feeling dizziness when stands on setting no dizziness. His HBA1C Is 9.8 so we are giving restricted diet which he eats very limited What should I do for this dizziness & tiredness ???

The diabetes is uncontrolled , just diet restrictions may not be sufficient ! Dizziness weakness needs to be investigated further ! Stents may get occluded if sugars and blood pressure not adequately controlled.

Check for orthostatic hypotension Check Lying down BP & then BP in standing position after 3 minutes Dose modifications may be required
