Query about cardiac pain
Hello doc, am having chest tightness since 3 years. 1and half year ago am done with tmt, echo and ecg all are normal. I also consulted pulmonologist for the same all are normal.I work a lot in front of laptop. Presently am feeling the same. I always point such pain. Symptoms: 1. Pointing chest tightness in left 2. Pain in neck and left upper back 3. Pain in elbow, forearm and wrist 4. When I increase heart rate by taking stairs of 3 floors everyday my pain is not increased 4. I always feel tightness while am working in front of laptop, sitting in chair 5. Anxiety comes when such tightness happen Is my pain is cardiac or non cardiac??? If such pain non cardiac then why am facing from years What would be the reason for this ??? Am not able to understand what to do ?? Please also suggest which test to be done for this... please help am extremely sad for this. Thank you.
