Hello sir. I have done ecg and report is showing nonspecific ST abnormalities. Sir can u please suggest me I am very much in panic

Feeling breathing difficulty in breathing, chest tightness, left hand paining. Hrct throax showing normal but ecg showing poor r wave .plz guide me.attaching report plz tell me about report. Doc given me defza 24, moxif 400 and doxt sl 100.. but not becoming normal...felling chest sound when trying to cough but there are no cough is rising..plz help me

When I climb stairs or do any physical activity I feel very tired also have chest pain sometimes...feel very anxiety...fear of loud sound ...kindly suggest me some test for heart ...

My father age is 49 Right hand bp 102/69 Left hand bp 107/80 I'm checking my father's bp regularly and somewhere I heard that if there's a difference in both the hands then there's a problem with heart. Please help and give suggestions I'm little afraid

Have been on anxiety medication esipram plus  for almost 6 months , quitted medication an year back because of its adverese affect and dizziness , i still feel anxious and feel it take more efforts to breath with a little heavy sensation in that chest and abdomen area, its been more than an year now a few said its due to anxiety , a frnd said its BP problem as my diastolic is often 95 to 103 always where as systolic remains normal or rise whenever i am thinking whats happening to me. I have been an healthy individuals before all this started in 2020. I do have sedentary life style since lockdown , I don't feel active at all and feels like just sleeping because of all this nauseatic feelings.

I am having healthanxiety since fewmonths kind of cardiophobia so from that I am having left hand pain from arm to fingers was it due to anxiety or really
