Hi my father got a heart attack 2 months ago he is on blood thinner and other heart related medicene, before heart attack he was vaccinated once can we go for other dose now?

I have pulsating or throbbing feeling while peeing after waking up in morning? The throbbing feeling goes off right after peeing.It only happens in the morning when I have urge to pee urgently.The other time of the day I urinate I don't feeling of pulsating.

My mother is suffering from high blood pressure from December 2020 doctor had advised her to take prolomet am 25 from December since then she is taking this medicine daily now it has been around 9 months from  taking medicine now BP is between systolic-120- 130 and diastolic 85-93 Is prolomet am 25 can cause some problem in kidney and liver??? we had done lft and kft 1 month ago both are normal please help if this medicine can cause any problem if taken for long time Medicine pic and the report of lft and kft are attached please help

I am getting slight left hand pain and chest pain. Took ecg, echo and holter(during medication beta blocker inderal 10mg). Reports are normal. But i feel dizziness, palpitation, racing or slow heart , sweating. This all started on april and its continuing for 4 months. I feel these symptoms everyday. Kindly help. My weight 80kg Height 168cm I have gastric , acid refluz/bloating issue also for more than 2 yrs. Current medication Inderal LA 20 mg once a day Pan40 before food twice a day

I done echo cardiographs of her and see she have grade 1 diastolic. In 2020 she all on a sudden fell as her bp fell down and now in 2021 again she fell in both the occasions she said she felt darkness infront of her eyes and both time bp was low it was 133/70. She feel slight pain on head too. Is it I need to consult any specialist or it happen with age ? She also have gallbladder stone and lumbar spondylitis. I attached the file of echo cardiographs

I have ECG, Doppler, Sugar test normal, was previously having chest pain. Should I go for 2d echo or is it not needed?

I recently started taking bp meds and started having random pain in chest. After 3 weeks i changed my meds and the chest pain disappeared but bp was not in control. Then i changed to another med combination and chest pain started again. Is it possible for bp meds to cause chest pain ?
