I am having anxiety issues from few months I am also having the chestpain sometimes left middle right it's same when I am in rest physical exercise is that due to anxiety heart related

I am having sometimes left side chestpain sometimes in middle sometimes right sharp or dull ache I have health anxiety cardiophobia is that related to heart issues or due to anxiety

I am having acid reflux frequently so I am having thoracic spine pain i.e middle backpain age 18years does gerd cause middle pain pain I am getting chestpain also from it Is it related to gerd or heart

My father age is 49 Right hand bp 102/69 Left hand bp 107/80 I'm checking my father's bp regularly and somewhere I heard that if there's a difference in both the hands then there's a problem with heart. Please help and give suggestions I'm little afraid

Have been on anxiety medication esipram plus  for almost 6 months , quitted medication an year back because of its adverese affect and dizziness , i still feel anxious and feel it take more efforts to breath with a little heavy sensation in that chest and abdomen area, its been more than an year now a few said its due to anxiety , a frnd said its BP problem as my diastolic is often 95 to 103 always where as systolic remains normal or rise whenever i am thinking whats happening to me. I have been an healthy individuals before all this started in 2020. I do have sedentary life style since lockdown , I don't feel active at all and feels like just sleeping because of all this nauseatic feelings.

After walking of onekm in 11minutes I feel my heartbeat in ears back is it normal to feel I am 17years

My age is 18years I can walk onekm in 9 minutes does that mean my heart is in good health after walking I slightly have heartbeats increase that's it it's normal right I can cover onekm is that normal

I can walk onekm in 8minutes does that mean I have good heart health after walking my heartbeat slightly increases I can hear it is this normal I am 18years

Actually i have a smart band which continuous moniotir my heart whole day & heart rate & oxygen at the time of sleep I match the reading of heart rate of my watch with pulse oximeter it is very accurate When i see my heart rate graph at time of sleeping it goes aroun 120 130 or even 160 for a second & after that it is around 70 & In whole day my highest heart beat is around 150 , 197, 177 So there is any problem
