Namaste sir my name uma. Age 45 yesterday I did lipid profile test my self. Please see my reports and give me suggestion sir.

My father is 66 yrs old and had been diabetic for the past 15 years. He also takes medication for high bp. His blood sugar, blood pressure and lipid profile is in normal. We have a family history of heart attack. Owing to his prolonged history of diabetes, does he still need  to take any medication ( like a blood thinner) as a preventive measure for heart attack? What is the best test to detect a risk for heart attack? Thanks.

I got few test done for my heart bcoz I was getting palpitations. 2d echo normal , tmt normal , Troponin I test normal / holter shows 600 pvcs in 24 hours other than everything is normal. I am 26 years of age...I am worried will this convert into hear weakness or some kind of valve defect or heart defect.

I sometimes have lightheadness when i move around , strain on eyes and pain on temples. Also chest pain sometimes ( post covid ) , is it a cardiac issue or ENT issue ?

I was down with covid three months back. Just worried for rampant myocarditis. What is the test to check for it ? My ecg and echo have been ok.

I had covid in may this year and post it i am taking bp meds. Sometimes i have random chest pain in various parts and not a specific area. Sometimes in the evening i have eye strain and pain in temples and head fog. I am concerned for any serious issue which i could have, my ecg and echo is normal. Is there anything to worry or do i need to grt any tests to complete rule out inflammation, potential dangerous heart issues ?

Whenever i walk for some distance, run i feel tightness in my upper portion of left chest rib.. If i run a little also i feel like iam breathless... Suffocated... When i touch that portion i feel tenderness..my ecg n echo both normal..my heart rate also increases when i get that pain.. Is it heart realted or muscle pain???m
