My mother aged 50 recently had blood test in which her haemoglobin was 9.6 and TLC was 12000 is this dangerous or little harmful

My 2019 2d echo report says Mild TR (3/36/46)..other than this everything was normal and now once again i got 2d echo done from other lab today , it says no mild TR. Which report should i trust...or i should get one more done again tomorrow....or i was having MiLd TR which is fixed now or is this human error...please doctors help me out....i already wasted dozens of money consulting both online and offline...getting in depression slowly slowly

My ecg, echo both are normal, oxygen levels are good... Still iam experiencing palpitations suddenly.. It comes to normal after some time.. I hv a chest muscle pain also, is this because of chest muscle pain or something serious..

Few times in last few days could see heart is beating strongly especially when lying down and during that time my whole upper body shakes with each heart heart ... have done ecg, echo and it came as normal ... but still occasionally occurring ...
