Dark patches on hand aftr blood donation

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Sir/Madam I have donated blood a week ago and had vaccine 5 days after blood donation. I have continuous soft pain in my left hand which was involved during blood donation. But today i have seen some dark patches on same hand. Please suggest some medication.
