Hello doc, am non diabetic, I have chest tightness when I move neck and also there is pain in upper back. Am suffering this from 2 and half years. I consulted pulmonologist, gastroenterologist and I also consulted cardiologist 1year back done echo, tmt and ecg all are normal. But there's no change. I feel tightness and crushing pain when I move neck or when I bend down or side. This chest tightness feel in the middle and left side downward ribs. What's the problem am not able to find. And many doctors said there's nothing with the heart it may be due to muscle spasm. But this problem occurring frequently what to do am not able to understand and with whom should I consult. Am totally confused. Please help...

My mother is eating blood pressure medicine from last nine months The name of the medicine is prolomet am 25 today her BP is 117, 78 pic is attached Today her BP is normal so if dhe needs medicine or we can skip  medicine today

My father aged 59 years, a CABG surgery operated patient, creatinine at baseline 2.5, uric acid, diabetic patient Hba1c at 8.2. Heart and kidney has been well managed by medicines. He has been further taking erythropoietin injection twice a month, nephro doctor has suggested for low hemoglobin to increase to 4 times while checking the new report His diabetes is badly controlled due to his erratic diet. But he was further diagnosed with high triglycerides. Kindly do help us to lower his triglycerides level and increase his hemoglobin level.

I sometimes feel pain in my right chest. Today, I am feeling pain in my left hand. I was thinking to get ECO, ECG done since long but my exams are approaching so I decided to get it done in 2nd week of October. So, should I worry about this and get it done immediately or should I wait ? I am confused whether it is a cause of worry or am I thinking too much because one of our relatives died due to heart attack most probably when he was on recovery from Corona.

Sir my dad is 55 years old and using hypertensive drugs and his bp is around 180/110 and using olmesartan 20 mg and Amlodipine 5 mg and now it's around 140/100.the usage of Amlodipine causing headache and if he stop amlodipine headache is reducing can u suggest alternate medication sir
