Hello, I recently went to medical checkup for palpitations. I have a small vsd. My bp measured then was 130/90. Doctor said just do exercise and nothing to worry. Also asked to lose some weight.

I am heart patient and diabetic also. My today's fasting blood sugar level is 140mg, can I get vaccinated today?

I sometimes feel pulse on the left side of chest, while trying to sleep on my left . It sometimes does not let me sleep on the left side. It happens quite frequently and automatically goes away. Is it normal ?

Hi doctor, Myself ramya I got cleared with my previous question. My husband is 34years had heartattack on June. He's continuing tablets , doctor advised to take tablets for 6months , after 6 months he will reduce tablets. After taking cholesterol and blood thinners tablets will cause diabetes is the question adding another question like he's walking in office around 6000 to 7000 steps a days , is that sufficient. He's not going walk for particularly  . Is that ok ?. What type of food diet he has to follow. Thanks in advance Regards Ramya

Hi doctor, Myself ramya staying in bangalore, last month my husband had heartattack , by God's grace he's fine now my question is like he's 35years now. After angiogram they did angioplasty too , but  while explaining they said there is 35% blockage , but in report they mentioned 70 to 80% blockage . They kept stent also . They gave cholesterol tablets, Blood thinner . But many people telling taking many tablets may result in diabetes. Is this true? If yes how to avoid diabetes. Need clarification on this. Since from last 3 4 days i am noticing that i am having right side shoulder pair and heaviness at the centre of chest if feels like i have done crunches excercises when i get up from bed after sleeping position. Please help me by providing the medication name as i have already mentioned everything here and medication on which i am running basically i am a fibrosis patient running on ursocol and vitamin a to z and also used ciplar 2 months back for hypertension now stopped. As i am at very remote location and even i cant go out from here to city for 5 days at any cost till then please provide me some medicines as i dont want to make myself hypertensed and leading to other issues. Hi. After recovering from covid palpitations started after 10days. For that advised to continue concor 2.5mg for 2 months tapering dose. Currently taking 1.25mg. Sometimes i feel pain on my center left side of the chest. It is very occasional. Sometimes happens during sleeping, standing or walking. I have consulted cardiologist had done multiple ecg all came negative. Recently done tmt test that also came negative. Cardiologist told may be due to gastric issue so gave me medicine for one month which i continued still pain is there. It comes randomly then goes away. Mostly it is center left side sometimes complete left little towards upper area. I am completely in vein what is this pain. Is it heart related or anything else and everyday going in fear if something will happen. I have attached my test reports.
