Chest discomfort
Hello doctor i am feeling chest pain and burning sensation in middle of chest more on right and radiate to left chest its a pressure comes up to throat, pain comes and go in minutes, i am a smoker from last 2 years and drink alcohol on daily basis, My cholestrol is also high, i saw a doctor 2 months back my stress echo is normal, but again these symptoms coming my family has heart history, can you suggest why this pain happens? My age is 27

Hello,
If your stress echo 2 months ago is normal then these symptoms are unlikely heart related. This seems to be like gastric reflux. I suggest you stop alcohol and smoking
