Sinus tachycardia
Hello Doctor, what is sinus tychardia? Few days back I have done my ecg in the hospital and ecg report shows heart rate 115 with sinus tychardia with elevated BP without any symptoms. During ecg I have super anxiety and fear and when I return home my BP and heart rate was absolutely normal. BP - 110/50 and 120/70. Heart rate - 67 to 73.

Sinus tachycardia is an ECG finding, due to heart rate more than 100. Don't worry as your baseline heart rate is around 70.
