* Sinus bradycardia simply means a slower heart rate. In many people, especially during rest, sleep, relaxation, fitness, or due to BP medicines, it can be completely normal.
* Once you searched symptoms on Google, your brain likely became hyper-focused on every body sensation. Anxiety can then produce:
* dizziness
* chest awareness
* palpitations
* weakness
* sweating
* breathlessness
* fear of dying
* obsessive thoughts
This becomes a vicious cycle
Next Steps
1. Trust the cardiologist’s assessment
If ECG, examination, and evaluation were reassuring, that is more reliable than internet searches.
2. Review your BP medicines
Some BP drugs can slow the pulse (for example beta blockers). Discuss with your doctor whether any medication could be contributing to the slower heart rate or dizziness.
3. Stop repeated Googling and pulse checking
This is one of the biggest drivers of health anxiety and obsession.
4. Address anxiety directly
Your symptoms for the last 4 days sound strongly anxiety-related. Consider:
* proper sleep
* daily walking/exercise
* limiting caffeine
* relaxation/breathing exercises
* speaking with a psychiatrist/psychologist if obsessive thoughts continue
5. Weight reduction will help significantly
At 110 kg and 5.8 ft, gradual weight loss can improve:
* BP
* cholesterol
* confidence
* anxiety
* overall cardiovascular risk
6. Seek urgent care only if you develop true red flags
Such as:
* fainting
* severe chest pain
* severe breathlessness
* oxygen drop
* persistent very low pulse with symptoms
