BP measurement
They say ideal BP is 120/80 ? Is this BP at rest ? Does Bp rise when we move around and exercise etc ? If yes how much can it generally rise to ?

Normal range of BP for systolic is 100-140 and for diastolic 60-90. BP constantly varies and it is supposed to go higher with exercise
