Hello doctors my question is I am checki
I am checking my heart rate in mobile heart rate apps and while working it shows plus 100 readings and sitting time 85 plus and I have feeling like why my heart beats fast and I did ecg also but it shows normal ,
I am not able to concentrate and always checking my heart rate in apps and thinking why it is fast ?

Heart rate going up while working is a normal response. If you be anxious about it it will go up everytime you check it.
