He is having headache and vomit after 1.5 days of surgery. He was also given a spine injection during the surgery.

After spinchtrotamy surgey when can I go back to office . Im a software employe I should travel daily 1 hr in bus . And should sit infront computer .

Patient is Paraplegic, so have been lying on bed or sitting on wheel chair. Due to which there is a bed sore, which despite daily bandage change is increasing in size and depth. Location is right above Butt line in the middle. It's current size is 4cm X 4cm.

Good evening, I have been diagnosed with perianal abscess(I have small fissure from long time and it got infected) and my doctor prescribed some antibiotics and pain killer. I have been using them from more than 10 days, yesterday I observed that when I am sleeping in certain way my abscess is getting drained and I am observing blood and pus oozing from anus (as I kept cotton in the opening of anus).Abscess swelling also getting decreased.In the normal time it is not draining. Draining is happening from last two days.Is this alright? For how many days it will happen like this, Thanks in advance for your help

I am feeling a small and hard painless lump between scrotum and inner thigh area. It is not visible from outside but when I apply gentle pressure in that area I feel the lump. I'm curious about hernia but I feel no pain there while sneezing or coughing also the lump have no changes in size while sitting or standing up.
