General Surgery

I had toenail surgeries two time in 2019 and 2020 because of toenail infection in both of the toenails. I was having a lot of pain, redness and the swelling in the affected area. Last time I went to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Hospital due to the same reason they prescribed clotrimazole I.P sol. to apply 2 times in a day for 1 month and Fluzide tables to consume 2 tablets every Sunday till one month. Yet I have not completed the 1 months as 15 days are left in one month. According to me, I think one of my toe is recovered but there is still a problem with my another toenail as the condition of my right leg's toenail is getting worse. It has swelled and been red more than usual time and looking like going to brust. Its very hard by touch. And some yellow fluid we can say (mavaad) got collected near the nail of toe and being spread bit by bit as I observed it 2 days.

I think I have external hemorrhoids. It is not painful or cause any discomfort. But I want it removed. What should be my next step forward?

What is the role of constipation after fistula surgery. If after surgery still constipation is there then what will happen ??

Fistula laser surgerry. Pus still discharging from operative fistula wound. It's been 5 week of surgery. Wound looks like a pin point and pus from that point is discharging. What to do. Please suggest. Is there any serious problem ? Or should it take time to heal ?

I have got an small teeth scratch from an street dog...i gone to govt hsptl..TT and Arv vaccine given..0 3 7 th day doses completed...28th day dose is still there.. today unfortunately an street dog came between my vehicle...a small wound is there in my leg looked like a teeth ...i washed with dettol ..a small scar is there.. What should I do now... whether my ongoing vaccine is enough or some other medications ... Kindly give an consult Thank you in advance

After 20 days post op... Blood and pus is coming... Is washing the wound with tap water after potty is good...will it create any infection... Wetting the wound with water is harmful...what to do for fast healing ..as it is quite big ... Can i put whisper pad in the surgery site for soaking ... Which type of dressing pad is to be put on the site... Sitz bath can increase the wound healing time as ancient myth.is it so. "Ghao mein pani nhi lagna chahiye" my granny used to tell us...it is myth

I got an ultra sound done after my left chest was appearing than my right chest. I had this issue during my teenage but never cared. Last couple of years sedentary lifestyle and along with less exercise the appearance of the chest was more evident. I got an Ultrasound Done and  it says this Minimal fibroglandular tissues in the left breast-Likely s/o gynaecomastea. Two small hypoechoic lesions in the periphery of the left breast at 3 o clock,and periareolar region at 8-9 o clock position - Likely BIRADS III lesions" They are measuring about 7 to 9mm Is this normal? Should I be worried?

After fistula laser surgery for how much time discharge and pus  from external wound continues. Please reply

Please suggest me what to do. I'm so worried about this wound healing. My doctor gives antibiotics for the first 5 days after surgery then after discontinues. Should I have to take antibiotics or there is a chance of recurrence

I had my fistula laser surgery 5 weeks ago. After 4 weeks I see less pus discharge from wound. And after 5th week the skin from wound gone and pus discharge becomes more. What is happening.i don't know. Is this any serious problem is going on or what ? Please suggest and if not then how much time will it take to heal completely and does discharge continues untill the wound get completely healed
