The inner thread coming out from stich area in small pieces after 2 and half months of delivery, there is no pain no fever or no anything else

I suddenly noticed lump on bone in my ankle and in hands...it is hard and painless...it is still very small...why this lumps are happening? What tests should be done?

There is a 12.7 mm suzed calculas seen in in gall bladder lumen. The CBD is not dilated. And my doctor suggest laparoscopic cholecystectomy with laproscopic CBD exploration omenfectomg... Please suggestions isbit correct my wife need both or only need laparoscopic cholecystectomy
