I had my fistula laser surgery 50 days ago. Postoperatively wound not healed yet. A small hole is remaining and little blood and pus is still discharging from wound. What to do next ? Please suggest

Do antibiotics dries up pus and if pus dries up it will reoccur afterwards internally and create problem ?

I had my fistula laser surgery 45 days ago. The wound is not healed yet. There is a little hole remaining and pus and blood still discharges from it. If I take antibiotics then the pus dries internally and cause problem afterwards ? Please suggest should I take antibiotics or wait till it drains completely. My doctor told me not to take any medicine. He said press the skin around wound and let it drains out all the pus and apply ointment over there.It will heal automatically. But it's been 45 days. How much more time will it take.

I had stapler haemorhhoidectomy on 6 March 2021 but after 2,3 months i still had haemorrhoids now my doctor is suggesting  banding them while a sigmoidoscopy . so I wanted to know is it safe to have the procedure after surgery..
