Last 20 days back lump was operated and removed by general surgeon But now it is has occurred again Reports say it is benign Dense mixed inflammatory cell infiltrate predominantly seen around ducts of varying size Few ducts show cells within lumen ,lining epithelium of ducts is effaced Few gaint cells noticed focally What are next steps How to stop it from re-occuring

Brother have fistula we did kshar sutra with laser technique to remove it after almost 1 week he is still having severe pain in the wounds and minor bleeding. Should we continue his medication or should I go for a general surgeon

Hello Dr My second csec was done on 19th august. I am fine , walking, eating means ,and able to do all work. Actually I am feeling  numbness around my stitching area and even above that. This I am feeling from this Wednesday...Earlier this much numbness was not there. Is everything ok Or should I go to visit gynic. .
