Good day, I had my perianal abscess incision and for  fistula kshar sutra (a thread is inserted in fistula tract)was done on the last Monday. My doctor advised me to get dressing done every day for perianal wound. It was really painful during the dressing. I was literally screaming in the hospital when dressing. Until now I have gone through 3 dressings. I am very afraid to go for dressing today. Please suggest anything to reduce the pain during the dressing. Can I use any numbing sprays to reduce pain? Thank you very much in advance.

It's been a month since I was diagnosed with thrombosed pile by a surgeon after doing the medicines he suggested for excision and I went through it. Now after one and a half week of excision I am still feeling that discomfort while sitting... How to get rid of these tags or whatever they are? Need permanent solution...

Foot corn can be cured by corn cap or any cream ? Is corn cap safe for diabitic ? Very painfull to walk without slippers. In case of minor surgery how long it will take time to recover ? Thank you in advance.

Hi Doctors, I have two lymphnodes under the jaw from last 5 years( did not change in size) but from last month there are couple of lymphnodes which came under my axilla so I did sonography, US guided FNAC but did not get the conclusion. Please check the attached reports and let me know if it's advisable to do a excision biopsy? How much it usually costs?
