Blood on stool sometime blood drops on stool Not regurallarly but 2 to 3 times in a week in small amount Something lump like inside the anus It was visible to outside Now it deep down to inner side the anus automatically slowly Bloating sound in stomach what desease it is

Fistula postoperatively wound not healed yet. It's been 60 days of surgery. My doctor is saying nothing to worry. It will settle but small amount of pus is still discharging from the wound. He told it take time to heal. Should I take antibiotics for drying pus ?

Please see this and guide me, this is happened from last 1-1.5 months and feels pain when it strike anywhere. And some black threads comes from this and when i remove those threads then it bleeds. please guide me for treatment and is it any serious issue?

Hi, Plz suggest do I need surgery or can cure by medicine. I have constipation problem for last 8-9 years. 3-4 months back i was suffering from pain during stool and recovered by ayurvedic medicine. 15-20 days back again I was suffering from same issue and visited a gastroenterology doctor who suggested me for colonoscopy and report I have attached. Though I was under anesthesia during colonoscopy procedure but I felt thrust in anus and after the procedure I felt severe pain. When touched my anus I found blood and doctor suggested me to rub some ointment. After colonoscopy I found extremely difficult to pop as my pain is doubled may b for some internal cut during procedure. Doctor prescribed me - Sitcom tablet 3 times, NEOPRIDE 2 times, mom plus suspension syrup , PRUVICT 1, anovate ointment and sit bath. It's been 1.5 days I can't pop due to extreme pain after colonoscopy and stool is now become very hard. Please suggest wht to do ?

I am almost 3 weeks post op. I had a painless (no bleeding too) prolapsed hemorrhoid for the last 5 years which had grown to a big size, and hence I decided to get operated (also suggested by the GI surgeon). A laser stapled hemorrhoidopexy was performed. But I can still feel a lump at that exact place (at the mouth of the rectum) though it is of smaller size compared to my large pre-existing hemorrhoid. Had a follow up yesterday with the surgeon. He says that it's swelling which should heal in a month's time. He has asked me to follow more hygienic practices to keep the area clean to allow healing. But the lump looks very similar to my old hemorrhoid and the pain over that region feels similar to a boil. The surgeon who performed this is a renowned proctologist in Kolkata. Can anyone shed some light on this? Will this lump shrivel and get merged with the rectal wall over time? Thanks in advance.

I've had stapled hemorrhoidopexy along with laser surgery to treat my prolapsed grade 3 hemorrhoid around 3 weeks back. There is a lot of sharp and burning like pain when I tighten the rectum which instinctively happens while peeing, laughing and coughing. The pain is a bit less after around 4 hours post bowel movement. Is this normal? When will this resolve? there is a lot of morning pain after I wake up. How should I sleep post surgery?
