Vac therapy on wound

My mother underwent a Debridement surgey on her left inner thigh last week following a few conventional dressings doctor suggested VAC therapy for the wound to heal. The doctor has asked us to keep the VAC dressing on for 5 days. The problem is, since the wound is on her inner thigh the dressing borders are really close to her urethra because of which (a few) drops of urine always gets on the dressing despite all precautions. I'm worried because the wound covers her entire left inner thigh will there be any adverse effects? In what other ways can we facilitate her urination?

High Risk Surgery

I am 66 years old with mild symptomatic multiple gallstones.. I 100 percent wanted the surgery but after anesthetic check up in a multispeciality hospital, it was said that I had 30 percent chances of ending up in a ventilator or dying.. Coz I have weak lungs due to Covid and severe sleep apnea.. What should I do? I just have mild pain in upper abdomen sometimes.. Never an attack that lasted for hours.. And good appetite also.. Never vomiting.. Not diabetic.. What should I do? I want to live.. In my case what is ideal to do?
