General Surgery

I got an ultra sound done after my left chest was appearing than my right chest. I had this issue during my teenage but never cared. Last couple of years sedentary lifestyle and along with less exercise the appearance of the chest was more evident. I got an Ultrasound Done and  it says this Minimal fibroglandular tissues in the left breast-Likely s/o gynaecomastea. Two small hypoechoic lesions in the periphery of the left breast at 3 o clock,and periareolar region at 8-9 o clock position - Likely BIRADS III lesions" They are measuring about 7 to 9mm Is this normal? Should I be worried?

After fistula laser surgery for how much time discharge and pus  from external wound continues. Please reply

Please suggest me what to do. I'm so worried about this wound healing. My doctor gives antibiotics for the first 5 days after surgery then after discontinues. Should I have to take antibiotics or there is a chance of recurrence

I had my fistula laser surgery 5 weeks ago. After 4 weeks I see less pus discharge from wound. And after 5th week the skin from wound gone and pus discharge becomes more. What is happening.i don't know. Is this any serious problem is going on or what ? Please suggest and if not then how much time will it take to heal completely and does discharge continues untill the wound get completely healed

1 week before done evlt in both leg.but leg ulcer or wound dose not heeling.please suggest me.fluid leaking from wound and pain in ulcer site.now dresing with normal saline water.use t bact and neosporin

What will happen when area around stitches gets pain after 6 days and the surrounding area is wounded

I have small lump behind earlobe with redness which recently arise a week ago ..general physician asked to see surgeon opinion .. please advice.

I am 67 and need surgery under GA but the doctor said I had weak lungs from Covid and asked me to come again after 6 months when my lungs heal.. It has already been a year since I recovered.. My X rays still shows some patch of old infection and mild fibrosis.. No breathing issues ever.. Will my lungs ever heal?

I hqve fistula in ano from past 2 years. Past 1.5 year its fine without any issue.am using silicea 6x homeo medicine.From yesterday there is itching around motion area no swelling, bleeding etc.I want to avoid it in starting phase before it leads to any pus formation.kindly suggest if any medication needed.
