Hi doctor, I am seeing randomly red minutes dots on tissue paper whenever I wipe my area. I have habit of checking this anus with tissue paper multiple time even when I am not going for passing stool. I am attaching pictures for reference of dot. I never see blood while passing stool. Please check attached. I am paniced it this could be rectal or colon cancer.

6months back I was effected covid and recovered .and two months back I was take covaxin 1st dose ...last one week I felt uneasiness ,any chance to effect covid ??????
