I used have fairly regular periods. I got covid and my periods is 1 month and 15 days late now. Yesterday evening i saw a little spotting like my period is going to start.. but nothing after that. What should be done now. Little concerned.

Brother have fistula we did kshar sutra with laser technique to remove it after almost 1 week he is still having severe pain in the wounds and minor bleeding. Should we continue his medication or should I go for a general surgeon
