General Surgery

A month back i underwent laser LIS with fissuractomy with excetion of sentinel tag ...now i am doing fine and stopped all medication except laxative .but after month since last two days I started having prickly back pain where spinal anaesthesia has given .i am not sure whether its exactly SA place where its given but having pain in L4 / L5 area not whole back side .. i have taken tolpa-d tablet also tried Acenac-MR Tablet but pain is not getting reduced ..please suggest

I had my c-section delivery on 9/9/21. It has been more than a month now and I could see some wound having pus and water in my cut area and its so painful and its not healing. Could you please suggest what needs to be done and is milk not allowed post deliver for quicker healing. PFA

I had my piles fissure and fistula LASER surgery 25 days ago. There is still some watery and yellowish discharge from the external wound. I consult to my doctor,he said nothing to worry. Is this normal or something to worry ? Please suggest what to do. I am so worried about this. The external wound is like a pin point now. It will heal or not if the discharge continues ?

I had appendicitis with peritonitis. Incision was vertical over bellybutton . Surgery was done on 2010 year. After that Doctor told me to come after 6months to do surgery for possible incisional hernia. I never went to do surgery. 11 years later still I don't have hernia( I guess). Shoul i still be concerned?

1 month before, Mom has got swelling in face, hand and legs. And it recovers after some day.. But now hand and Feet colour are becoming dark. Please suggest the reason behind this and now what to do as a treatment.

Does fissure or piles or swelling in ano rectal gives u feeling of stuck nd incomplete evacuation. Does it feels there is some buldge and you are sitting on it.

Hi, my wife had fissures and she had a laser surgery. The doctor said it should heal in 15 days but its been 2 months and shes still in pain. What should i do?

I have 11 12 mm gallstones. Can I postpone the surgery for 2 months? Or can it be treated with medicine?? I have stomach ache which is not severe.
