General Surgery

Patient is Paraplegic, so have been lying on bed or sitting on wheel chair. Due to which there is a bed sore, which despite daily bandage change is increasing in size and depth. Location is right above Butt line in the middle. It's current size is 4cm X 4cm.

I have vericose veins problem so am planning to go for surgery.Please suggest me . 1) Which treatment is better laser or glue?? 2) best vascular surgeon in Hyderabad

Good evening, I have been diagnosed with perianal abscess(I have small fissure from long time and it got infected) and my doctor prescribed some antibiotics and pain killer. I have been using them from more than 10 days, yesterday I observed that when I am sleeping in certain way my abscess is getting drained and I am observing blood and pus oozing from anus (as I kept cotton in the opening of anus).Abscess swelling also getting decreased.In the normal time it is not draining. Draining is happening from last two days.Is this alright? For how many days it will happen like this, Thanks in advance for your help

I have multiple Sebaceous Cyst on Scrotum and wish to get them removed without causing any aesthetic changes. Would prefer a surgical procedure with no cuts and scars. Maybe a laser so it's seamless. Somone also recommend plastic surgery but I'm am not sure if that may cause any sensory response related issues. I am feeling a small and hard painless lump between scrotum and inner thigh area. It is not visible from outside but when I apply gentle pressure in that area I feel the lump. I'm curious about hernia but I feel no pain there while sneezing or coughing also the lump have no changes in size while sitting or standing up.

I have lipoma all over my body, some lipomas hurt in cold due to which I am very upset. please suggest some solution.

Fistula postoperatively wound not healed yet. It's been 60 days of surgery. My doctor is saying nothing to worry. It will settle but small amount of pus is still discharging from the wound. He told it take time to heal. Should I take antibiotics for drying pus ?

Please see this and guide me, this is happened from last 1-1.5 months and feels pain when it strike anywhere. And some black threads comes from this and when i remove those threads then it bleeds. please guide me for treatment and is it any serious issue?
