Forehead side Neck,back,lower back pain
Iam 36yrs old, female. Height 165mg &  Weight 86kg.  I do catering I keep working all the time except night bed time, I eat fruit, veg- more than normal food, I dont understand why I get this ache! I get foot and leg pain , I feel numbness too. I checked glucose levels too, it's 95mg fasting and after meal it's 125mg. Can u please suggest me good weigh loss plan or wat should I do?

If you have pain more towards the end of the day then it is likely suggestive of varicose veins If you have pain immediately after standing or after walking a certain distance then you need to get evaluated for some other causes
